Ingredients
- 40ml New Make Peaty Malt Spirit
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 12.5ml Gomme
- 3 Mint Leaves
- Lemon zest
- 3 Raspberries
Method
Fill mixing glass with first 5 ingredients. Shake hard and double strain into a chilled martini glass. Finish by squeezing the lemon oils over the drink. Garnish with 3 Raspberries.
